Shipping Policy:

Our standard fulfillment timeline is within 2 business days from the date of order placement. Please note that if orders are placed on Friday after 1pm, on Saturday, or Sunday, fulfillment will commence on the following Monday. Expected ship-out will occur within 2 business days from the fulfillment date.

Estimated Delivery Arrivals:

Metro Manila: Arrives in 3-5 business days
Outside Metro Manila: Arrives in 6-8 business days

Refund & Returns Policy:

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility:

   • Products valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges are only those received with any damage, defect, or discrepancy. Discrepancies include missing items, receiving an incorrect package or product, or extra items.
   • Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective, damaged, or found with any discrepancies.

2. Reporting Concerns:

   • Concerns must be reported within 7 days after delivery. Outside this timeline, the product may have been exposed to factors beyond our control that could contribute to the damage, defect, or discrepancy reported.
   • Any concerns received after the 7-day period will not be accommodated.

3. Condition of Returned Items:

   • Products must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, and unworn.
   • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
   • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear and/or do not meet the criteria above.

4. Return Process:

   • To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service at refund-returns@attitudeph.com.
   • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.
   • Our team will guide you through the return process.

5. Refund Process:

   • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method if applicable.
