Eligibility:

• Every customer who places an order on our Attitude PH website is automatically eligible for our FREE RAFFLE.
• Customers will be awarded “FREE Raffle Slot/s” after placing their orders, which they can use to join our ongoing free raffle promo/s.
• Additionally, participants who like and follow our social media accounts may earn more FREE slots when they actively engage with our posts, activities, or mini-games.

Number of Raffle Slots:

• The number of Raffle Slots a customer receives depends on the quantity of items purchased:
  • Purchase of 1 item = 1 Raffle Slot
  • Purchase of 2 items = 2 Raffle Slots
  • and so on…

Raffle Draw:

• Each raffle slot represents one entry into the draw.
• The live raffle draw will be scheduled once all slots for this raffle have been reserved.
• The target end date of registration may be subject to change if the minimum number of raffle slots required for the draw is not yet fulfilled or reserved.
• Our official channels will be the exclusive platform for announcing the schedule of our live raffle draw.

Notification of Winners:

• The winner will be notified through the contact information provided during the order process.
• Winners will be posted on our website and notified via email or phone.

Claiming Prizes:

• Prizes are non-transferable.
• To claim their prize, winners must follow the instructions outlined in the notification within 30 days of the announcement. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize.
• Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, such as a valid ID or other documentation, to verify their eligibility.
• The claiming process may involve confirmation of the original order details to ensure that the winner is a valid customer.

Alternative Prize Resolution:

• In the event that the specified prize is unavailable or if Attitude and the winner cannot reach an agreement regarding the prize, its features, or delivery logistics, Attitude reserves the right to offer the cash prize instead.

Unclaimed Prizes:

• If a prize remains unclaimed within the specified period, or if a winner is disqualified for any reason, a new winner may be selected through a subsequent draw.

Prize Delivery:

• Prizes will be delivered to the winner’s address, free of charge, as provided during the order process unless otherwise specified in the notification.
• Winners are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact and delivery information. Attitude is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the winner.

Fraudulent Activities:

• Attitude is not responsible for any transactions, agreements, or exchanges made outside of the official channels provided by Attitude, including but not limited to transactions initiated through third-party platforms, social media, or private messaging systems.
• Customers are strongly advised to conduct all transactions and communications related to the raffle, including prize claims, exclusively through the official communication channels provided by Attitude. These channels may include our official website, designated email addresses, and customer service phone lines.
• Attitude will not be held liable for any scams, fraudulent activities, or disputes that may arise from transactions conducted outside of the official channels specified by Attitude.
• Participants should exercise caution and verify the authenticity of any communication or transaction related to the raffle. Attitude will not request sensitive information such as passwords or financial details through unofficial channels.
• Any unauthorized use of Attitude’s name, branding, or communication channels for the purpose of conducting transactions or communications related to the raffle is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification from the raffle.
• Participants are encouraged to report any suspicious activities or unauthorized use of Attitude’s name immediately to our official customer service team.

Additional Terms:

• Attitude reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners and to disqualify any individual found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
• Any attempt to manipulate the raffle or engage in fraudulent activities will result in disqualification.
• Attitude reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the terms and conditions.
